Mandated as the central management team for learning resources in the division, the LRMS has always put the betterment of teachers and schools first, that they may be equipped with the proper tools in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE OF QUEZON CITY
Through the leadership of the Chief, Curriculum Implementation Division, Dr. Heidee Ferrer and the Learning Resource Management Section (LRMS) of the Schools Division Office of Quezon City has continuously provided the highest level of support for public school libraries and learning resource centers. Most recently, the LRMS has acquired the Learning Management System of Schools Division of Quezon City powered by MOODLE as teachers and students learning portal.
